I am very Sorry to hear what happened to You. It is, I believe, the employees' sloppy job performance but not the either company, SushiBoy, or Marukai. Don't you think so? Did you notice the ugly incident to the main office of the company?  If not, please do so. I would do so myself if something like that happened to me. Probably, the main office would apologize you for that. It could be a little relief feeling to a good and kind daughter, yourself. Good Bye! Alfred

I ordered over $100 worth in sushi platters for my dads surprise party and asked for it to be ready for pick up at noon. When my boyfriend arrived at noon the platters were not ready and hadn't even been started. The platters arrived 30 minutes late to the party and the manager did not want to honor any discount and had the nerve to say that the sushi was only 20 minutes late from original pick up time. I ordered a week in advance and couldn't believe it wasn't ready. I was referred by family members and was complete disappointed that I ordered from here. The sushi was late, sloppy and the manager was unprofessional..I would never order from here again and have since informed my family that referred me to sushi boy. It has left a bad taste in their mouth too. What a shame since I love shopping at Marukai.
