Sushiboy….. A True Japanese Experience
I came to the United States from Japan in 1987 with the dream of
sharing my love of Japanese cuisine. I created Sushiboy as an
organization dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers by
serving delicious and healthy foods with attention to quality and
value. In Southern California many cultures mingle and thrive, and
Sushi Boy is proud of our contribution to this mix-bringing
authentic Japanese flavors to our foods, training our sushi chefs
in traditional sushi making techniques, and instilling in all of
our employees an understanding of the Japanese concept of success
through customer service and teamwork.

CONCEPT
We believe that satisfying our customers is our No.1
priority. All Sushi Boy associates, serving our customers in the
current
Sushi Boy restaurants, understand this as the most
crucial factor in running a satisfactory restaurant business.
In other words, educating our associates is the key success
factor in running our restaurant business. We know that maintaining
satisfied and motivated associates through education is the key in
providing superb customer services, a top priority for
Sushi
Boy.
We understand that all the evaluations by our customers are
made at our restaurant. We are distributing around 5,000 customer
surveys at our restaurants every week and continuously making our
best efforts to absorb customers' feedbacks and reflecting those
into our restaurant operations. In order to continuously receive
high customer evaluation in the fast casual sushi restaurant
market, we will focus on “
Moment of Truth” and educate this
crucial factor to our associates.
